About the role

  • Sales Enablement Manager responsible for developing onboarding and continuous educational programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and ensure consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously optimize onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success
  • Equip new hires with necessary product and process knowledge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create enablement materials
  • Establish repeatable product education and certification cadence
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency
  • Analyze performance data to refine programs and track success metrics

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and training methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and iterate on content
  • Proficient in creating enablement materials
  • Familiarity with product education and certification programs
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategy and competitive landscape.
