About the role

  • Business Development Representative focusing on outbound sales at Ampliphi. Engaging hotel leaders and building a pipeline for revenue management solutions in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and target independent hotels and hospitality groups aligned with Ampliphi’s Ideal Customer Profile
  • Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels)
  • Engage hotel owners, general managers, and revenue leaders with tailored messaging
  • Generate and qualify high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover pricing challenges and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure detailed and strategic handoff to closing sales representatives
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Maintain strong activity levels with a focus on quality engagement
  • Monitor personal performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and structured data within HubSpot CRM
  • Provide clear pipeline visibility and activity reporting
  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of outbound processes and messaging
  • Stay informed on hospitality and revenue management trends
  • Provide insights into competitive positioning and market feedback

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of outbound BDR/SDR or SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in consistently generating a qualified pipeline
  • Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong cold prospecting capabilities and account penetration skills
  • Experience executing multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Ability to balance activity volume with thoughtful account strategy
  • Strong qualification skills and ability to quickly identify business pain points
  • Confident in communicating value propositions to business owners and operators
  • Metrics-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment
  • Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills
  • High standards for CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or hospitality technology (preferred)
  • Exposure to SMB or mid-market sales environments (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/French), particularly for Montreal-based candidates (preferred)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada is essential
