Regional Sales Support Manager leading Sales Support Specialists and coordinating sales operations in Poland. Engaging in planning, project management, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
Managing a team of Sales Support Specialists and supporting them in their day-to-day tasks
Participating in the planning of activities that support the sales of our products in stores, including pricing programs, promotional packages and commercial cooperation terms with customers
Working closely with the Brand and Trade Marketing teams to define the scope of sales activities and the rules for their settlement
Managing sales budgets and initiatives, and monitoring spending, execution and effectiveness
Leading projects that improve sales operations — including simplifying and integrating multiple smaller initiatives into larger, cohesive projects
Ensuring clear and efficient communication regarding sales activities — including timelines, execution guidelines and feedback between the Sales Department and other teams
Managing administrative processes that support sales, including budget and activity settlement, documentation and data handling related to sales initiatives, coordination of information flow, and preparation of reports and analyses
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales
Strong understanding of sales structures and broad business acumen
Experience in project management and working with sales teams
Higher education degree
Ability to build strong, partnership-based relationships and effectively balance priorities across departments
Good command of Polish and English, enabling confident business communication (written and spoken)
Strong prioritization skills and consistent task execution
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team
