Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the HR IT team in EMEA
Provide leadership and management for the design, development, and support of HR systems in EMEA
Execute the HR technology roadmap by implementing new solutions and enhancing existing systems
Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems-related inquiries and ensure smooth collaboration with HR stakeholders
Own technical responsibility for local and regional HR systems within EMEA
Partner with global HR IT leadership to maintain configuration standards and manage global-centric projects
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent IT training with additional qualifications
Extensive experience of personnel management with proven leadership and mentoring skills
Several years of experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including key HR business processes and system configuration
Practical experience in SAP ECC Human Capital Management and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; Aconso experience is a plus
Strong understanding of HR/Payroll systems, GDPR compliance, and audit requirements; project management and process optimization expertise
Fluent in English with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and lead teams effectively; German is a plus
