Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for customers & carriers
  • Handle calls, emails & texts about quotes, bookings, delivery updates & billing
  • Provide accurate pricing & shipment info
  • Update orders & quotes in CRM
  • Solve issues fast and suggest service improvements

Requirements

  • Speak & write English fluently
  • Communicate clearly and love helping people
  • Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Have great attention to detail & phone etiquette
  • Can work US hours (CST), incl. evenings/weekends
  • Customer support or sales experience = big plus
