Sales Consultant for WOLF heating and ventilation products in the Osnabrück area. Focusing on customer acquisition and technical consulting for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Sales of WOLF heating and ventilation products within the defined sales territory (postal codes 26, 32, 48 and 49)
Comprehensive management of existing customers and acquisition of new customers, with a particular focus on the housing and real estate sector
Collaborative account management and technical consulting for specialist installers, planners, developers and wholesale partners on site
Handling and coordination of projects in the areas of heat pumps, heating/condensing technology and solar technology, including tendering/specifications, planning and placement of WOLF products
Defining, implementing and continuously developing appropriate sales and marketing measures to achieve revenue and sales targets
Building, maintaining and expanding long-term business relationships with key accounts, major customers, housing associations and energy suppliers / planners
Close cooperation with sales consultants and the regional sales manager, ensuring seamless customer support from first contact to project completion
Monitoring project plans, coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring smooth processes for the connected partner installers
Requirements
Completed technical or sales training with further qualification as master craftsman, technician or business administrator, or a technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, energy or supply engineering)
Solid product and industry knowledge in heating and ventilation technology
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally with key-account responsibility
Very good knowledge of and network within the housing and real estate industry
Enthusiastic sales professional with high self-initiative, strong negotiation skills and confident presentation abilities
Team player with excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
Strong customer orientation, flexibility, reliability and a structured way of working
Good English skills and confident use of standard IT and CRM applications
