Responsibilities
Get acquainted with the processes of a key account and ensure smooth execution of the customer care process
Maintain and expand the existing customer network through intensive relationship management
Analyze and address customer requirements; act as the central interface between customers, IT specialists, internal teams and partner companies
Support participation in customer tenders and prepare proposals
Organize and conduct customer meetings, document meeting minutes, and ensure compliance with customer specifications
Requirements
Experience in the energy industry
Degree and practical experience in sales
Experience from a consultancy environment preferred
