Responsibilities
Lead the work to bring Arc’teryx to life in Specialty Retail in British Columbia
Support efforts to build community in Brand Stores and National Accounts
Ensure a seamless brand experience across the territory
Scout out and work with the best Outdoor, Climb, and Ski retailers
Manage your orderbook to ensure best possible fulfillment and in-season sales opportunities
Use experience and data to strengthen forecasts and planning
Travel your territory to sell, stoke, and educate on the Arc’teryx brand (30 – 40% travel commitment)
Support training, coaching, onboarding, and regular communication as it relates to ERP system, SAP
Manage the wholesale showroom at Arc’teryx HQ in North Vancouver
Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
You have 5+years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry; ideally selling apparel and footwear
You have a strong ability to build relationships, sell, influence, and negotiate
You have strong presentation and communication skills
You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
You are optimistic about the future and what can be achieved, and listen to others’ needs
You are proficient in Microsoft Office
You have the ability to work well independently and in a team
You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
