Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, within a matrixed HR model, including leadership roles in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare company.
Deep understanding of Italian labor laws, employment practices, and cultural nuances.
Experience of leading or working directly with Union Representatives.
Familiarity with global HR practices and the ability to adapt them locally.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborator and connector across the affiliate, above market and global teams – ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization to move priorities forward.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
