Responsibilities
Responsible for the functional design, configuration, and deployment of the core SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution, ensuring it accurately models and optimizes Yaskawa’s sales process from lead management to sales order creation/integration with S/4HANA.
Perform detailed configuration and customization of SAP Sales Cloud V2, covering core entities like Opportunity, Quote, Pipeline Management, Activity Management, and Account/Contact Management.
Conduct configuration activities for workflows, validation rules, business roles, and field extensions.
Document functional specifications for integrations, custom fields, and complex extensions, collaborating with the CX Developer.
Support all testing phases (SIT, UAT) by preparing test data and resolving functional defects.
Work closely with the S/4HANA SD resource to define and implement the integration scenarios (e.g., Quote to Sales Order).
Requirements
7+ years as an SAP CX Functional Consultant, with 2+ full project lifecycles focused on SAP Sales Cloud (V2 preferred).
Proven ability to translate complex sales methodologies and requirements into a working cloud solution.
Experience collaborating with offshore development teams and onshore solution leads.
Expertise in SAP Sales Cloud V2/V1 configuration, scoping, and data model.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including sales territory management and sales performance reporting.
Knowledge of integration points and data synchronization between Sales Cloud and S/4HANA SD.
Experience with Sales Planning and Forecasting functionalities within the CX suite.
Knowledge of BODL (Business Object Definition Language) for functional design scoping.
