About the role
- Finance Director overseeing strategic financial direction for Aramark’s lines of business. Responsible for financial planning, forecasts, and analysis of operations with a team of analysts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Operation leadership to guide strategic financial direction
- Responsible for financial planning, annual forecasts, and historical financial analysis
- Preparation of quarterly reports and Operating Review documents
- Supports strategic planning process and coordinates annual plan preparation
- Analyzes monthly and quarterly financial results against benchmarks
- Prepares and reviews financial projections and quarterly reports
- Reviews financial perspectives of internal initiatives
- Develops financial models for proposed projects
- Directs special purpose analysis as needed
- Liaison with Corporate and Regional Finance teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience
- Demonstrated experience at the Director level in a finance or accounting capacity
- Prior experience leading and developing a staff
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Sound judgment and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively use influence strategies to impact others without formal authority
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
