Responsibilities

• Leadership and Coordination of Initiatives: Organize and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring aligned execution of projects.
• Definition of Standards and Consistency: Act as a subject-matter reference, defining quality standards and serving as the guardian of delivery consistency.
• Strategic and Corporate Alignment: Lead multiple work streams, aligning product and service decisions with corporate areas.
• Identification of Business Opportunities: Identify product and service opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Cross-Team Product and Service Management: Coordinate deliveries across teams (Tribe/Squads).

Requirements

• Deep Knowledge of Open Finance Brazil: Extensive experience with BCB rules and the Open Finance Directory, with emphasis on ITP (Payment Initiation) and consent flows.
• Specialist in Account-Holding Journeys and ITP: Familiarity with account-holding journeys and ITP, including JSR and new directory specifications.
• Functional Understanding of Data and APIs: Ability to engage with engineering on consumption, usage and exposure of data and APIs, as well as consumption performance.
• Project and Product Management: Proven experience managing complex backlogs (Kanban/KPIs), capable of designing milestones, identifying critical paths and managing regulatory delivery risks.
• UX and Conversion Focus: Ability to analyze journey functions to improve user experience and reduce friction in consent flows.
• Ownership Mindset: Take full responsibility for the product’s success, proactively seeking solutions.
• Connector Communication: Ability to navigate between operational technical details and executive stakeholders, connecting different departments.
• Dynamism and Resilience: Maintain agility and focus in an environment of aggressive deadlines and frequent change.
• Independent Problem Solver: A resolute profile that acts decisively in situations of crisis or ambiguity without specific instructions.
