Responsibilities
You will contribute to both daily operations and project work, gaining insight into the diverse tasks of personnel development.
You support the design, planning and organization of training programs.
You take on your own projects to help advance our strategy and processes.
You act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and internal and external trainers.
You conduct research and independently prepare presentation and decision-making materials.
You assist in the implementation of a training management system.
You attend trainings and may co-facilitate them.
Requirements
You are currently successfully pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (focus on HR), Business/Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field.
You have a confident command of MS Office applications.
You have an open personality, enjoy proactively engaging with a variety of people, and take initiative.
You are solution-oriented and work reliably.
You are fluent in German and can express yourself very well in both written and spoken English.
You want to actively contribute yourself and your ideas to a great HR team.
Initial practical experience is an advantage.
