Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership on related topics and be responsible for the strategy of the annual organizational climate survey project and the exit survey.
Develop and implement, in partnership with Internal Marketing (Endomarketing), strategic communication plans, with special focus on the annual Climate Survey campaign.
Map, propose and monitor, in partnership with the People Analytics team, opportunities to advance analytical maturity and develop predictive models to enhance climate and engagement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or specialization in people management, data or related fields is desirable.
Analytical mindset (ability to generate hypotheses and test them using data).
Ability to organize and turn ideas into realistic timelines, ensuring integration across involved areas and meeting established deadlines.
Ability to integrate ideas, people and contexts, fostering synergy and collaboration across different teams.
Ability to work with leadership, communicating clearly and strategically, with business acumen to propose meaningful solutions and changes that add value to the organization.
