Responsibilities
You support and take responsibility for handling employee inquiries in day-to-day operations.
You maintain and manage our HR tools, ensuring up-to-date data.
You handle parts of the organization of onboarding and offboarding (e.g., welcome materials, IT checklists, offboarding formalities).
You create and maintain reports, analyses, and presentations on HR metrics.
You assist with payroll preparation.
You support the end-to-end recruiting process and help ensure smooth recruitment operations.
You assist with legally relevant core HR tasks such as drafting contracts, references, and certificates based on templates.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, HR Management, or a comparable program.
You have a strong interest in personnel matters, company culture, and modern HR trends.
You bring initial practical experience and a strong affinity for People & Culture/HR.
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a responsible approach to handling sensitive data distinguish you.
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
