About the role

  • Change & Implementation Manager at ANZ working on strengthening document management strategies. Responsible for leading change management and implementation for banking operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering the Change Management and Implementation pillars end‑to‑end
  • Owning the full change lifecycle, applying structured change techniques
  • Working hands‑on within the team and partnering with ANZ business units, technology teams, and vendors
  • Raising, managing, and coordinating technology Change Requests (CRs)
  • Leading the initiative’s change, risk and governance requirements
  • Working closely with technology and program delivery teams to plan, coordinate, and track release activities

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’
  • Demonstrated capability in end‑to‑end change impact assessment
  • Experienced in operational and technical impact analysis
  • Strong functional experience or expertise in one or more disciplines: Change Management, Release Management, Business/Technical Analysis, Risk Management, and/or Project Management
  • Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience supporting large‑scale technology migration programs
  • SME-level knowledge of document management services is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on time with different project delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and complex problem‑solving
