Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated campaigns in close collaboration with product managers – from objectives and targeting to content and execution.
Drive performance advertising (SEA, display, paid social, SEO) and align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact.
Create and optimize emails, land pages and e-commerce content, ensuring high conversion rates and smooth customer journeys.
Analyze campaign data and KPIs, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize ROI.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams and external agencies, delivering campaigns on time and on budget.
Balance creativity and metrics, ensuring campaigns are both engaging and performance driven.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools), CMS, and e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce a plus).
Strong skills in SEO/SEA, onsite marketing, content creation, email marketing and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized – able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, curious, and always eager to learn.
Fluent in English – any further language is an advantage.
