About the role

  • Senior Online Marketing Manager at Fynbiz, responsible for SEO and SEA strategy implementation. Focused on boosting digital marketing efficiency and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our SEA channels including keyword strategy, budget planning and performance optimization — with a clear focus on efficiency, scaling and measurable results.
  • Independently develop and implement our SEO strategy: classic on-page/off-page, technical SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for LLMs.
  • Lead complex SEO projects such as platform migrations, ensuring preservation and growth of key backlink and ranking metrics.
  • Define and prioritize test roadmaps, including statistically sound A/B tests, sample size calculations, uplift analyses and time management.
  • Implement and optimize WordPress, Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/CSS adjustments in collaboration with developers.
  • Protect and grow our SEO value during migrations without risking existing rankings.
  • Work pragmatically and solution-oriented: identify blockers early, find practical solutions and drive projects forward.
  • Balance speed with thoroughness: act quickly without compromising statistical validity or quality.
  • Promote team growth and knowledge sharing: pass on experience, support colleagues and contribute to a lean marketing culture.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in online marketing, preferably with B2B marketing.
  • Solid expertise in SEA — dual expertise in SEA/SEO is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of WordPress, Google Tag Manager and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Senior-level SEO knowledge: site structure, landing pages, content strategies, internal/external linking, performance optimization (speed/mobile) and understanding of core ranking factors.
  • SEA skills in keyword strategy, budget control and performance analysis.
  • Confident handling of data and statistics — confidence intervals, uplift calculations, sample size and test duration considerations are familiar to you.
  • Decisiveness and pragmatism — you prioritize MVPs, assess risks and act quickly without sacrificing statistical rigor.
  • Native-level German and good English skills.
