About the role

  • Change Manager at Anglian Water focusing on people side of change initiatives. Driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working for successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes
  • Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers
  • Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management
  • Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety

Requirements

  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels
  • Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative
