About the role

  • Shop Manager leading and managing a team at AIGNER's Outlet store in Wertheim. Responsible for sales planning, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the shop and lead all staff
  • Sales planning and responsibility for financial performance
  • Staff scheduling and deployment
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships with regular customers
  • Revenue-oriented direct selling
  • Merchandise maintenance, presentation and display/setup
  • Report all relevant information to the Head of Retail
  • Perform administrative/accounting tasks (cash register management, cost and invoice control, etc.)
  • Prepare and conduct inventories

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and professional experience in a comparable position with personnel management
  • Enthusiasm for premium products
  • Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, commitment and flexibility
  • Fluent in German and good command of English
  • Additional languages are an advantage
