Responsibilities
You take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the development team
You develop electronic assemblies (analog & digital) for our systems
You are responsible for embedded software (C/C++) and power electronics from concept to testing
You integrate modern communication interfaces such as DALI, ZigBee, or LON
You select and evaluate new battery and energy storage technologies
You develop lighting technology solutions with a focus on LED optics and lenses
You manage the entire development process including project management and resource planning
You ensure that our products comply with relevant standards and legal requirements
You monitor technological trends and market requirements and actively bring them into the team
Requirements
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
Solid knowledge in circuit design, software development, and power electronics
Experience with communication interfaces, testing, and validation procedures
You have leadership experience, work in a structured way, and bring a genuine hands-on mentality
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and communicate clearly within the team and beyond
Familiarity with standards such as DIN EN 60598, ENEC, or CE is desirable
