About the role
- HR Business Partner focusing on recruiting at ANDRITZ Group. Providing support to leadership and managing the recruitment process in Austria.
Responsibilities
- Sparring-Partner für Führungskräfte und erste Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeiter:innen in sämtlichen HR-Fragestellungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des Recruitingprozesses (inkl. Onboarding)
- Begleitung entlang des Employee Life Cycle von Eintritt bis Austritt
- Operative und administrative HR-Aufgaben (z.B.: Reporting, Personalcontrolling, Präsentationen, Vertragsmanagement, etc.)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung diverser lokaler und globaler HR-Projekte (Personalentwicklung inkl. Succession Planning, Job Architecture, usw.)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement (Uni/FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, HR Generalist:in oder HR Expert:in, vorzugsweise im Industrieumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting von Fachpersonal
- Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- IT-Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Software (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe bzw. wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten Weiz und Wien
