About the role

  • Recruitment Coordinator supporting fast-paced People & Culture function in Christchurch, New Zealand. Coordinating recruitment activities, managing systems, and supporting People leaders' inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Support a fast-paced People & Culture function.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other internal teams.
  • Provide end-to-end coordination across recruitment activities.
  • Educate people leaders on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day recruitment administration.
  • Manage key tools such as BambooHR and act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in recruitment coordination and/or HR administration, preferably 2-3 years
  • Confidence supporting candidates, employees, and managers through recruitment processes and HR best practice
  • Strong systems capability in HRIS or ATS systems
  • Prior experience in BambooHR will be desirable but not essential
  • A high level of attention to detail, including experience reviewing documentation, application forms, clinical certifications etc.
  • An affinity to working in a highly regulated environment.
