Junior Recruiter supporting recruitment processes at MDOTM, an AI-driven investment solutions company. Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles, collaborating with hiring teams.
Responsibilities
Support end-to end recruitment for tech and business roles (e.g. software engineers, product, sales) from sourcing and up until the offer stage
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and tech talent platforms
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring stages in the ATS
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, funnel conversion, pipeline health)
Support hiring managers with interview feedback collection and offer preparation
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support onboarding for new hires
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Some experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, business development or a related internship
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Ability to understand and learn basic technical concepts (e.g. software roles, tech stacks, agile teams)
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Fluency of the English language
A dynamic self-starter that is not afraid of a challenge
Nice to Have
Experience with ATS tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech sourcing platforms
Previous experience of closing technical positions such as Software Developer
Basic understanding of software engineering roles, frameworks, or cloud technologies
Familiarity with labour requirements and employment processes in an international environment
