Responsibilities
Conduct consultative sales by understanding customer needs and our product portfolio, following guidance from the sales manager;
Send sales proposals and negotiate complex B2B deals with the support of the sales manager;
Monitor negotiations and maintain the follow-up cadence;
Close sales with the sales manager’s support, ensuring the best commercial terms;
Accurately and concisely report all customer contacts, update customer information, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel;
Correctly complete the CRM to ensure the smooth operation of the sales engine;
Prospect customers;
Report the quality of incoming opportunities to help improve pre-sales conversion rates;
Participate in solution development by providing insights to the engineering and production teams to propose product and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in technical sales or related areas is required.
Communicative and analytical profile with openness to learn (coachability).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems, understanding of the sales funnel, and negotiation techniques.
Ability to create presentations, explain technical solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
Basic knowledge of AI applied to sales.
Availability for domestic travel is required.
