About the role

  • RVP leading sales team for AI-driven customer solutions at Amperity. Fostering relationships and driving revenue growth across the West region with a focus on enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  • The RVP reports to the Chief Sales Officer and leads a Sales team responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market penetration in the region
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration
  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the West region
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of sales leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Define and execute the sales plan for the region
  • Partner with marketing and internal teams to drive robust pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and partnerships
  • Collaborate with systems integrators and technology partners to expand pipeline opportunities
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders
  • Work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
  • Implement scalable processes and metrics to manage sales activities

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise sales with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI/ML capabilities
  • Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions
  • Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture
  • Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal and external teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
