Responsibilities
The RVP reports to the Chief Sales Officer and leads a Sales team responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market penetration in the region
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration
Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the West region
Recruit, coach, and develop a team of sales leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
Define and execute the sales plan for the region
Partner with marketing and internal teams to drive robust pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and partnerships
Collaborate with systems integrators and technology partners to expand pipeline opportunities
Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders
Work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
Implement scalable processes and metrics to manage sales activities
Requirements
15+ years in enterprise sales with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments
Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI/ML capabilities
Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions
Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture
Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal and external teams
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
