Account Manager responsible for developing client strategies in collaboration, Cloud solutions, and Microsoft technologies. Teaming with consultants for seamless implementation and pro-active market trend analysis.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for existing and new customers
Develop independent customer strategies
Identify cross- and upselling opportunities
Conduct customer workshops, presentations and proposal meetings
Work closely with consultants and project teams
Monitor market and technology trends to provide proactive customer advice
Develop targeted customer acquisition measures together with Marketing
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
At least 3 years of experience in IT sales
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform; Azure experience is a plus
Strong sense for customer needs
Structured working style and a high degree of initiative
Excellent German skills, written and spoken (C1/C2)
Willingness to travel
