About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing client strategies in collaboration, Cloud solutions, and Microsoft technologies. Teaming with consultants for seamless implementation and pro-active market trend analysis.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for existing and new customers
  • Develop independent customer strategies
  • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Conduct customer workshops, presentations and proposal meetings
  • Work closely with consultants and project teams
  • Monitor market and technology trends to provide proactive customer advice
  • Develop targeted customer acquisition measures together with Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT sales
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform; Azure experience is a plus
  • Strong sense for customer needs
  • Structured working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent German skills, written and spoken (C1/C2)
  • Willingness to travel
