Responsibilities
You conduct initial conversations with potential customers, quickly identify their challenges, and spark their interest in our AI platform
You find the right contacts, professionally qualify them, and ensure our Account Executive team can engage effectively
You proactively reach out to new customers via email, social selling, webinars, and new channels you test, generating high-quality meetings
You understand what our customers truly need and help them envision tailored solutions for successful, practical collaboration with amber
You work closely with the marketing team, develop campaigns for target industries, and convert interest into concrete sales opportunities
You have a good sense for market movements, listen closely to what leads are actually saying, and feed your insights directly into our strategy
You actively support automating sales processes to make our workflows more efficient and scalable
Requirements
You have initial sales experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and are eager to make an impact as part of a team
You have a feel for the needs of new customers and an eye for sales potential that you independently identify and pursue
You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and use these tools smartly to fill your pipeline
You communicate confidently and reliably — in German and English — with various stakeholders
You are either familiar with artificial intelligence or are keen to quickly get up to speed on these topics
