Responsibilities
Travel to and present an overview of our services to local restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, business owners and homeowner associations in the Greater Las Vegas area
Be comfortable managing sales processes and business relationships across all phases of the customer lifecycle
Use HubSpot CRM to enter customer information and to build robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that lead to sales growth
Attend local conferences, trade shows, and insurance association meetings to network and build new relationships
Provide estimates for losses and pack-out contents to bring to/from the warehouse as needed
Proficient in using social media in relationship building as needed
Abide by all regulations and policies contained in the employee handbook, safety manual, and employment agreement
Requirements
Experience in property restoration industry or insurance industry is preferred
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to build and expand industry relationships
Comfortable working in a startup environment and helping build a new business from scratch
Desire to learn, grow and assume more responsibility
Solid presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of an audience
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task as needed
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to collaborate within a team environment
Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
