Responsibilities
Act as HR Business Partner for Logistics and Support areas (Finance, Shared Services Center, Administration, and People & Performance), supporting managers on structure, personnel, performance and development matters;
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring speed and alignment with position profiles;
Support leadership in performance monitoring, feedback, PDI (Individual Development Plans) and internal movements;
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime and time-to-fill vacancies;
Propose and follow up on action plans focused on operational stability, retention and climate improvement;
Plan and support training activities, projects, development initiatives and leadership strengthening;
Promote the organizational culture and drive climate and engagement initiatives;
Support promotion processes, job reviews and salary analyses in accordance with internal guidelines;
Monitor specific programs and groups, such as apprentices, interns and persons with disabilities (PWDs);
Act as a strategic partner between HR and the business areas, safeguarding company guidelines and providing consultative support for decision-making;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and HR procedures.
Requirements
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field;
Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas;
Ability to lead engagement and talent retention initiatives, including conducting climate surveys and defining and executing resulting action plans;
Experience developing and analyzing HR performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making;
Competencies: Business acumen, Analytical skills, Influence and interpersonal relationship skills, Consultative stance, Decision-making, Conflict management, Discretion and confidentiality, Leadership development and Maturity to handle sensitive issues.
