About the role
- Construction Manager overseeing on-site wind farm projects focusing on quality and cost management with the project team and contractors involved. Responsible for compliance with HSE standards and ENERCON site regulations.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility and management of wind farm construction sites on-site to ensure timely, quality- and cost-compliant execution, with a focus on project optimization together with the project team and participating subcontractors
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the ENERCON site regulations, applicable HSE standards, and the assembly/installation processes carried out by project participants
- Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transports within the wind farm
- Acceptance and approval of invoices for completed work based on quality and cost considerations
- Support for commercial project control in contract and claim management
- Continuous internal and external reporting and ensuring complete site documentation
Requirements
- Preferably a completed technical degree (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering or comparable), or alternatively a technical vocational qualification with further training as a master craftsman, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a site manager in construction or the energy sector desirable
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Exemplary commitment, resilience and motivation

- Confident user of MS Office programs and SAP
