Responsibilities
Responsibility for the quality of one of our digital products.
Use of technologies including cloud computing via Azure and SAP Cloud, Data Lake and AI.
Quality assurance within agile methodologies (test processes for releases and continuous delivery).
Functional and technical leadership of the entire release test cycle for a solution.
Close collaboration with various colleagues in the program/solution, multiple departments, representatives and stakeholders across our business areas.
Active participation in the Quality Guild and enabling agile teams in the use of tools and methods for testing, test design, test data, test environments and test automation.
Requirements
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field; candidates with a completed vocational training and practical experience are also welcome.
Ideally three years' experience as an IT Test Manager or Scrum Master, preferably with experience in agile development.
Solid IT test management knowledge; ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level is a plus.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as critical thinking.
Ability to adapt to change, be proactive and take initiative.
Reliability, independence, integrity and cooperativeness.
Business-fluent German and very good English (minimum B2 level).
Experience working with international teams.
