- Area Manager managing existing stores and opening new locations in Stuttgart. Contributing to KIKO Milano's expansion with a focus on beauty products in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Kosten und Ergebnisse der Stores sowie der Mitarbeitenden in deiner Region
- Sicherstellung der Budgeteinhaltung und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
- Aufbau und Pflege eines positiven Arbeitsklimas durch Auswahl, Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation deines Teams
- Analyse und Steuerung der Store-Performance in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich mittels KPI-Systemen
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson zwischen dem Headquarter und den Stores
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Trade Marketing Aktivitäten in deiner Region zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Regionalleitung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Retail, Kosmetik oder Fashion
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches und eigenständiges Denken und Handeln
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Gebiets
- Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Entscheidungskompetenz
