Responsibilities
Own the forecasting process across Sales and Partnerships, delivering accurate weekly insights and variance analysis.
Build and maintain our GTM systems (CRM, Salesloft, Gong, telephony, analytics) and ensure a clean, reliable data foundation.
Design and optimise GTM processes: lead routing, qualification, opportunity stages, partner workflows, post-trade steps.
Create dashboards, reporting and revenue insights for leadership and frontline teams.
Implement automations to improve efficiency and remove friction across the funnel.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product and Compliance to ensure alignment and revenue integrity.
Requirements
3–7 years’ experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Ops at a high-growth B2B company (fintech/SaaS a plus).
