Responsibilities
Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process from requirement intake to contract signing
Active sourcing and targeted approach of specialists and managers, primarily in engineering
Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
Advising hiring managers and executives on all recruitment-related matters
Building, developing and optimizing efficient recruiting processes
Defining, analyzing and evaluating key recruiting KPIs for process control and performance measurement
Evaluating and implementing new recruiting technologies, including AI-based tools
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a consultancy or a mid-sized company with an engineering focus
Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience using innovative recruiting methods (e.g., AI-supported recruiting, social media & active sourcing)
Strong communication skills
High level of initiative
Structured and precise working style
Interest in technical and sustainable topics
Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
