About the role

  • Creative Strategist developing innovative marketing campaigns for Alpurial GmbH. Collaborating with teams to analyze trends and deliver high-impact creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop campaigns in close coordination with media buying.
  • Conceptualize creatives (image & video) for campaigns, ads and promotions.
  • Build and evolve our paid content strategy (social ads, display, performance channels).
  • Analyze trends, target audiences and competitors to derive creative, data-driven insights.
  • Develop and present innovative ideas, storylines and concepts for brand and performance campaigns.
  • Work closely with our media buying team as well as design and copy to optimally combine creativity and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or campaign management (ideally in e-commerce).
  • Strong skills in conceptualizing image and video creatives.
  • Good sense for trends, brand aesthetics and audience targeting/messaging.
  • Analytical thinking combined with creativity – you can interpret data and draw creative conclusions.
  • Experience collaborating with media buyers, design and content teams.
  • Structured, proactive working style and the ability to present ideas persuasively.
