Responsibilities
Support the implementation of marketing activities and initiatives by coordinating tasks, organizing information, and ensuring the timely flow of materials and resources needed to execute programs effectively
Facilitate the management and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items, and branded assets by coordinating and facilitating orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring resources are available and accessible as needed
Assist in coordinating marketing-related programs and ongoing activities by supporting documentation, progress tracking, basic reporting, and related administrative needs
Provide general administrative support across departments by assisting with routine program administration and helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
Requirements
A strong foundation in administrative work; experience in marketing or agriculture is preferred
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, agriculture, animal science, communications, business, or a related discipline is preferred
Familiarity with the agriculture or livestock industry is an asset (cattle experience helpful but not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute across teams
High level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365; experience with Asana a plus
