Responsibilities

  • Assist with preliminary accounting
  • Prepare resident fee billing and monitor the dunning/collections process
  • Support the handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Collaborate with social welfare agencies and other authorities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training in office management, office communication, or a related field, with professional experience in the healthcare sector
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Customer-oriented, team player with a confident and solution-focused working style
