About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage your book of accounts to ensure smooth implementations
  • Build strategic relationships addressing business challenges
  • Be a product expert and provide best-practice guidance
  • Drive technical success with hands-on product implementations
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance processes
  • Partner closely with Sales for exceptional customer experience
  • Act as the voice of customers to influence product roadmap

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Experience: 4+ years in a Customer Success role
  • Proven ability to drive successful product implementations
  • Strong ability to articulate complex problems clearly
  • Self-Motivated Team Player with a proactive approach
  • Proven experience building relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with APIs and custom integrations preferred
  • Experience using support or ticketing platforms (Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Basic coding skills: HTML and CSS experience
