About the role

  • Sales representative in the building technology sector providing telephonic customer support and managing project inquiries. Focused on building long-term customer relationships and coordinating supplier requests.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone consultation and support of our customers
  • Processing of project tenders (specifications / bill of quantities)
  • Preparation of quotations, price calculations and follow-up on outstanding offers
  • Coordination and handling of supplier enquiries and close cooperation with Purchasing and Field Sales
  • Acceptance and processing of customer orders
  • Project follow-up and renegotiation for awarded orders
  • Active marketing of our products and services
  • Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Completed electrical vocational training with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of electrotechnical products, ideally in network technology, installation materials or building technology
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Responsible, independent and structured working style
