Experience using Scheduling Assistant to coordinate meetings
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for document editing and modification
Typing speed of 50+ wpm with a high level of accuracy
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
A professional and confident approach when interacting with challenging complainants
