About the role
- Creation and development of posting calendars across all social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Scheduling posts using social media management tools;
- Community management: responding to interactions/comments;
- Writing/Copywriting: creating captions and other text-based content;
- Preparing reports.
Requirements
- Manage and schedule social media using social management tools (Etus, MLabs, and each platform's native tools);
- Good spelling;
- Ability to adapt to different brand voice/tone;
- Knowledge of social media KPIs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns;
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and insights to produce actionable recommendations;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
