About the role

Responsibilities

  • Learn our client's business and business challenges to provide a platform solution for their clients.
  • Build trusted relationships and drive the overall business relationship with clients.
  • Be a centralized leader of strategic development and momentum.
  • Be detail-oriented with experience with technical implementation, planning, work-back schedules, resourcing, and end-to-end project execution.
  • Know when to react to optimize results or mitigate issues.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with the Product, Technology, Data Science & DevOps teams to configure the best possible solution for our clients and our teams.
  • Mentor a smart, inspiring group of Professional Services team members.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in growing a client account, understanding the client’s needs and how to solution to their needs.
  • You are an optimist and have the foresight to create solutions even before challenges arise.
  • You have a ‘we before me’ attitude and you unite/bring teams together.
  • 10-15 years of Management Consulting Experience, with some technical experience.
  • 5+ years of being a ‘Client Lead’ developing trusted client relationships.
