About the role
- HR Business Partner shaping HR strategy within Agrifirm's dynamic environment. Collaborating with management to drive organizational development and enhance talent management.
Responsibilities
- Je adviseert het management bij veranderingen in de organisatie en schakelt direct met de HR directeur en BU directeur.
- Je werk actief mee aan de strategische HR-visie van de organisatie en neemt hierbij de verantwoordelijkheid op over bepaalde projecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitrol van het HR-beleid en coacht de leidinggevenden hierin.
- Je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en borgen van talent binnen jouw scope, zodat continuïteit, performance en strategische groei gewaarborgd zijn.
- Je kijkt kritisch naar onze processen en komt met slimme verbeterideeën.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid in de administratie en borgt de juiste overdracht naar onze backoffice.
- Binnen het HR speelveld werk je samen met specialisten van onder andere Learning & Development, Recruitment en Compensation & Benefits.
- Je rapporteert aan de HR directeur Nederland.
Requirements
- WO werk en denkniveau.
- Ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in een stevige HR-functie.
- Conceptueel denkend en sterke communicatievaardigheden.
- Kennis van de laatste HR-trends, wet- en regelgeving en data-analyse.
- Je hebt een scherp oog voor cijfers en kunt overtuigend rapporteren.
- Je bent handig met HR-systemen; ervaring met SAP SuccessFactors is mooi meegenomen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels.
