  • Overnight Bilingual Customer Service Operator responding to alarm signals for Becklar Monitoring in Canada. Requires bilingual proficiency and commitment to a six-month role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even under stressful conditions
  • Dispatch the appropriate authorities and confirm that help is en route
  • Accurately document all responses to received signals
  • Use multiple computer systems effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training for professional development

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
  • 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Available to work one weekend day per week or every other weekend, as well as on holidays
  • Able to attend and successfully complete a paid 3-week training program
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • Successful criminal background check
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada
