Responsibilities
Handle and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even under stressful conditions
Dispatch the appropriate authorities and confirm that help is en route
Accurately document all responses to received signals
Use multiple computer systems effectively
Participate in ongoing training for professional development
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience is an asset
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Available to work one weekend day per week or every other weekend, as well as on holidays
Able to attend and successfully complete a paid 3-week training program
Minimum 6-month commitment
Successful criminal background check
Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada
