About the role

  • Implementation Consultant delivering HCM and Payroll solutions at Agilyx. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet project goals and customer satisfaction in Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering valued consultancy services to clients, ensuring objectives are met in accordance with the project management plans
  • Providing consultancy and guidance on both best use of product functionality and good business practices
  • Implementing and supporting Unit4 Business World and associated products
  • Developing test scripts, communication, and training documentation deliverables
  • Helping troubleshoot and resolve customer environment problems
  • Showing commercial awareness in decisions, actions and communications
  • Travel to customers sites across North America as required

Requirements

  • Hold at least one Professional Qualification for example Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM)
  • Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business, finance or IT related discipline or equivalent experience with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and their staff ideally in a consulting role
  • Experience presenting, implementing and proving training on HCM or Payroll products ideally Unit4
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Be customer focused, and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • A very high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to support change management initiatives
  • Business Analysis skills (an asset)
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America (a valid drivers license)
