About the role

  • Key Account Manager for the tourism industry involved in customer acquisition and management. Responsible for sales, reporting, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Field-based position with travel requirements
  • Relationship management and personal support of our existing customers
  • New customer acquisition
  • Onboarding and implementation of new customers in collaboration with the managers
  • Process- and quality-oriented sales, including upselling and cross-selling of AER and airline products
  • Revenue growth and performance improvement at the customer level
  • Increase customer satisfaction and optimize quality
  • Preparation of commercial materials in collaboration with Marketing
  • Ongoing reporting of customer activities in the CRM
  • Participation in projects
  • Attendance at customer events
  • Reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a travel agent / tourism clerk
  • Several years of sales experience in the tourism or airline industry
  • Strong service and results orientation
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Confident appearance and presentation skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good English skills
  • Willingness to travel
