Responsibilities
Field-based position with travel requirements
Relationship management and personal support of our existing customers
New customer acquisition
Onboarding and implementation of new customers in collaboration with the managers
Process- and quality-oriented sales, including upselling and cross-selling of AER and airline products
Revenue growth and performance improvement at the customer level
Increase customer satisfaction and optimize quality
Preparation of commercial materials in collaboration with Marketing
Ongoing reporting of customer activities in the CRM
Participation in projects
Attendance at customer events
Reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a travel agent / tourism clerk
Several years of sales experience in the tourism or airline industry
Strong service and results orientation
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Confident appearance and presentation skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good English skills
Willingness to travel
