HR Services Coordinator managing HR operations focusing on employee lifecycle processes. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring compliance across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Work on monthly payroll input activities, administration forms, contracts/offers production
Own HR inboxes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of employee inquiries
Arrange visits with Company’s doctor upon request
Maintain T&A and Workday data as needed
Perform regular audit checks on data quality
Take part in new systems implementation projects
Support global Total Rewards team on benefits administration
Support in the office with ID creation for new starters and any urgent topic
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Services
Fluency in English & German
Experience in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration)
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Strong Excel knowledge – familiarity with pivot tables, etc
Familiarity with Workday
HR certification (e.g. CIPD)
