About the role

  • HR Services Coordinator managing HR operations focusing on employee lifecycle processes. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring compliance across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Work on monthly payroll input activities, administration forms, contracts/offers production
  • Own HR inboxes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of employee inquiries
  • Arrange visits with Company’s doctor upon request
  • Maintain T&A and Workday data as needed
  • Perform regular audit checks on data quality
  • Take part in new systems implementation projects
  • Support global Total Rewards team on benefits administration
  • Support in the office with ID creation for new starters and any urgent topic

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Services
  • Fluency in English & German
  • Experience in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong Excel knowledge – familiarity with pivot tables, etc
  • Familiarity with Workday
  • HR certification (e.g. CIPD)
