About the role

  • Employee Relations Consultant managing ER cases at Adobe, partnering with HR and business leaders to resolve employee issues. Providing operational support and case management in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ER cases
  • Serve as a trusted ER advisor to managers and partners
  • Conduct fact-finding and partner with regional ELR or Employment Counsel
  • Provide clear written recommendations and guidance
  • Identify trends or risks and coach managers on policies
  • Support execution of ER processes and maintain documentation
  • Prepare case trend summaries and reports

Requirements

  • Foundation in employee relations case handling
  • Ability to analyze information and make recommendations
  • Comfort working with data to prepare summaries and reporting
  • Solid organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Experience partnering with managers and HR teams
  • Ability to navigate a global, fast-paced, matrixed environment
