Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in an Account Management role, specifically in the 3PL space.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in both customer-facing and operational roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
